As Chief Operating Officer of the Good Brother Foundation, Ms. Taylor oversees strategic planning, program development, and operational management for a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved populations through mentorship, education, and direct support. She has successfully led focus groups to assess community needs, developed strategic plans for libraries, and secured award-winning grants that expand access to critical services. Her leadership has also guided successful fundraising initiatives for municipal libraries, ensuring sustainability and growth of public programs.

At the Upland Public Library, where she serves as Library Associate III, Ms. Taylor has designed and implemented acclaimed early childhood literacy programs across Southern California. Her initiatives integrate storytelling, music, and movement into foundational learning experiences, ensuring libraries remain centers of innovation, access, and family engagement.

An author of the children’s book Ms. Keke Says, she extends her impact beyond institutions, bringing her passion for literacy and learning directly to children and families through storytelling that inspires joy and curiosity.
